This role includes the upkeep of precise records, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that safety protocols are upheld within the laboratory setting. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, or inventory management positions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using RF scanning equipment and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
