Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining patient documentation, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with clinical staff to facilitate a smooth patient experience. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in a medical office setting, particularly in areas involving insurance verification and electronic medical records, is highly desirable.
