Job description
The medical social worker will perform psychosocial evaluations and create tailored care strategies aimed at assisting patients and their families dealing with behavioral or mental health challenges. This role involves working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to enhance access to resources and streamline discharge planning. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in social work and a valid LMSW or LCSW license issued by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. The position demands proficiency in navigating a dynamic clinical setting and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
