Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient role involves delivering skilled physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. The professional will assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans to enhance recovery and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Create personalized treatment programs focused on rehabilitation and wellness.
- Implement therapy techniques to assist patients in achieving their treatment goals.
- Educate patients on exercises and strategies to maintain or improve their health.
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Strong understanding of therapy modalities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
