Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to design and enhance distributed systems and platforms that facilitate large-scale model training, inference, and execution of agents. This position demands leadership in engineering projects while setting technical benchmarks to boost both research efficiency and model effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Architect distributed systems to manage large-scale model training and inference.
- Lead engineering initiatives that are critical to system performance and reliability.
- Establish technical standards to enhance the pace of research and improve model outputs.
- Ensure effective execution of agents within the distributed framework.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science.
- Extensive experience working with distributed systems and concurrency mechanisms.
- Familiarity with GPU-based machine learning infrastructure.
- Proficient in Python alongside a systems-oriented language such as C++, Rust, or Go.
