Job description
As the leader responsible for the comprehensive machining strategy throughout the portfolio, you will provide specialized support for critical manufacturing failures and implement standardized processes. Your role will also involve collaborating with design engineers at the early stages to enhance the manufacturability of components, as well as engaging with shop floor teams to maintain consistent and reliable production. Ideal candidates should have extensive knowledge in CNC multi-axis machining, manufacturing engineering, and process development, along with a robust understanding of CAM, GD&T, and machine dynamics. This position requires U.S. citizenship to comply with ITAR regulations and necessitates frequent travel to work directly at different manufacturing sites.
