The Membership Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and renewing girl and adult members within a defined geographic territory to meet organizational goals. They spend the majority of their time in the field, collaborating with volunteers and internal departments to execute recruitment strategies. Candidates should possess strong networking, sales, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and applicants must be proficient in Microsoft software and pass a background check.
