**Memory Care Program Coordinator**
The Memory Care Program Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing individualized programming aimed at enhancing the lives of residents affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve the overall quality of life for residents while also offering training and guidance to staff members. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred, and candidates should have professional experience in memory care or social service settings. Direct experience with dementia patients in a long-term care environment is essential.
