Job description
**Job Title: Mental Health Specialist**
The Mental Health Specialist delivers hands-on support to children and teenagers facing mental health disorders or behavioral difficulties. Responsibilities include gathering data, leading therapeutic groups, and overseeing the unit to maintain safety and manage behavioral escalations effectively. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preference will be given to those with a year of experience in a pediatric healthcare environment and familiarity with behavioral challenges or developmental delays.
