Job description
**Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician**
In this role, you will deliver both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your responsibilities include aiding patients with daily living activities and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will also lead therapeutic groups, observe patient behaviors, and record care-related information while providing support to patients and their families. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, although an associate’s or technical degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral healthcare environment and possess certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and aggression management.
