**MEP Construction Manager**
The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for directing all elements of construction projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of exceptional quality standards. This role serves as the key on-site authority, overseeing subcontractor activities, managing project scope, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline and possess at least five years of experience as an MEP Site Superintendent. Expertise in MEP systems, a solid understanding of construction management practices, and strong leadership abilities are critical for success in this position.
