**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing daily operations within the store, which involves organizing inventory, maintaining displays, and supervising staff. This position plays a key role in boosting sales, overseeing the opening and closing of the store, and upholding superior customer service levels. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years in a managerial role. The position also necessitates the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs and the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
