Job description
The Merchandising Assistant Manager supervises store team members in everyday operations, placing an emphasis on merchandising, handling freight, and upholding store standards. This role also involves supporting the Store Manager with tasks related to inventory management, optimizing the sales floor, and executing corporate sales strategies. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in retail and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This position necessitates the physical capability to lift weights between 30-50 lbs and to engage in frequent activities such as walking, standing, and manual labor.
