**Senior Manager of Service**
The Senior Manager of Service will be responsible for developing and overseeing the comprehensive service, warranty, and charging support infrastructure for electric and hybrid vehicles. This position entails establishing service networks, overseeing technical support activities, and guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences throughout the West Coast region. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of advancing experience in service or technical operations in the automotive or commercial vehicle sectors. A deep understanding of electric vehicle systems, formulation of warranty policies, and service network development is essential.
