**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding store associates in daily activities, with an emphasis on effective merchandising techniques and efficient freight handling. Key responsibilities include upholding store cleanliness, protecting company assets, and guaranteeing a positive shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in retail and management, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This position also demands physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and engage in regular walking, standing, and manual labor activities.
