**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
As the Merchandising Assistant Manager, you will guide store associates throughout daily operations, emphasizing effective merchandising, freight handling, and upholding store standards. You will support the Store Manager in managing inventory, planning sales strategies, and fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both customers and team members. Ideal candidates should possess previous experience in retail and management, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This position also demands the physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs and engage in regular walking, standing, and manual labor activities.
