Job description
**Job Title: Merchandising Lead**
The Merchandising Lead is responsible for overseeing team members, handling day-to-day operations on the sales floor, and ensuring that products are organized and displayed in alignment with company guidelines. This role also includes managing customer service, addressing any concerns, and coordinating the selection and preparation of orders for club pick-up. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have at least 6 months of experience in retail, in addition to 6 months of customer service experience. Candidates with a background in team leadership, recruitment, and staff training are preferred.
