Job description

**Metallurgical Engineer**

The Metallurgical Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining metallurgical integrity during the forging and heat-treatment phases of aerospace component production. Responsibilities include performing failure analyses, investigating root causes, and working alongside cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a metal manufacturing setting. Additionally, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.
