**Manager of Control Systems**
The Manager of Control Systems is responsible for overseeing the creation, integration, and testing of embedded control systems for HVAC products, while also offering both technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team. This position entails managing project timelines, budgets, and relationships with suppliers to guarantee the provision of cutting-edge and dependable control solutions. Ideal candidates will possess at least 10 years of experience in the development of embedded control systems, along with a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent technical area. Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and expertise in electrical system troubleshooting as well as laboratory diagnostic tools.
