Job description
The Inside Sales Manager will be at the forefront of shaping and mentoring a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and fostering revenue expansion. This role entails ensuring operational efficiency in order management and enhancing processes through Lean principles. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years in inside sales or customer support, along with previous leadership or supervisory roles. Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP is advantageous, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
