Job description
**Job Title: Lead Engineer – Microgrid Control Systems**
The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical integration of the microgrid control system, which encompasses the system’s architecture, control logic development, and field implementation. This role requires coordination with various vendors, management of system testing processes, and ensuring that the system is prepared for commissioning. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in industrial power controls. Essential qualifications include expertise in microgrid systems, PLC/SCADA, and protective relaying. The candidate must also be willing to travel to Puerto Rico for extended assignments.
