**Job Title: Advanced Designer**
The Advanced Designer will take charge of developing intricate electromechanical product designs and producing comprehensive drafts, while also managing design controls utilizing the PLM system. This role includes facilitating communication among various teams, mentoring junior designers, and supervising project work packages to ensure effective product development. Applicants should have a technical associate degree or relevant drafting certification, combined with a minimum of 12 years of evolving design experience. Expertise in CREO and Windchill PLM, as well as a strong background in complex technical documentation and manufacturing techniques, is essential.
