Job Summary
The position entails overseeing Microsoft 365 cloud services, ensuring endpoint security, and managing device deployment through Microsoft Intune. Additionally, the administrator will deliver Level 2 technical support for various hardware, software, and audiovisual systems throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 cloud services and ensure their optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures.
- Oversee device deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting audiovisual equipment across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
