Job Summary
The Raw Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations related to the receipt of raw milk, ensuring that all procedures adhere to food safety regulations and industry standards. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing inventory levels, and orchestrating production timelines to maintain effective operational workflow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the raw milk receiving processes, ensuring all standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate activities of technicians to optimize team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Plan and align production schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the food or dairy manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
