Job Summary
The machine operator plays a critical role in the production of guitar components by expertly sanding them to eliminate defects and achieve desired aesthetic qualities. This position requires a keen focus on maintaining production efficiency while following safety measures and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Sand guitar components to remove any imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish.
- Ensure production flow is maintained throughout the sanding process.
- Adhere to established safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
- Meet quality specifications consistently during production tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods.
- Experience operating an orbital sander is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team are essential.
