**Manager in Training**
The Manager in Training plays a vital role in supporting store management by guiding team members to achieve sales objectives and adhering to operational standards. This position involves upholding visual presentation standards, managing inventory loss, and assigning daily operational responsibilities. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management or six months of experience at the store level with Windsor. A strong capacity for leadership and the ability to inspire a team of up to 25 staff members is essential.
