Job description
As a founding partner of an AI team, you will be tasked with creating systems that derive structured insights from professional processes while overseeing the interaction between AI and human specialists. Your role includes establishing success criteria, managing the learning backlog, and confirming that the system’s intelligence demonstrates continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have a background in deploying production-level AI solutions that incorporate human feedback and exhibit robust systems thinking abilities. You should also feel at ease developing frontend prototypes, conducting data analyses, and navigating unclear situations with partial information.
