**Job Title: Packaging Technician**
The Packaging Technician plays a crucial role in the setup, transportation, and upkeep of mobile canning equipment across different breweries and wineries. It is essential for them to adhere to all sanitation protocols, conduct quality assessments, and handle customer interactions during machine operation. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering bulky equipment. This position necessitates a flexible schedule, which may include extended hours and overnight travel, as well as strong mechanical skills and effective communication abilities.
