Job description
**Job Title: Test Supervisor**
The Test Supervisor offers technical guidance and oversight to a team of electronics technicians involved in the construction and maintenance of submarines. This role is key in maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality outcomes, and adhering to project timelines while managing testing operations in coordination with engineering and management teams. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical or electronic trades, or in shipyard testing. Ideal candidates will have experience working with submarine combat systems and a background as a shift test director.
