Job Summary
The Money Coach – Tax Lead plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing a skilled team of tax coaches, overseeing operational workflows, and ensuring contractual service levels are met. In addition to team leadership tasks, the Tax Lead dedicates a portion of their time, specifically up to 40%, to offering direct financial coaching to members, thereby enhancing service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of high-performing tax coaches.
- Oversee and manage operational processes and service level agreements.
- Engage in direct financial coaching for members, ensuring exemplary service.
- Monitor and improve team performance to maintain high standards of member satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of tax-related experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in team leadership or management.
- Possession of a Government Tier 2 Public Trust clearance is required.
- Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as Enrolled Agent or CPA.
