Job description
The Cardiac Monitor Technician plays a crucial role in monitoring cardiac telemetry systems to identify and report any irregular heart rhythm patterns. This position involves maintaining precise patient documentation, ensuring telemetry equipment is cleaned, and addressing any technical problems with the monitoring devices. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside a valid BLS certification. Additionally, candidates are required to achieve a satisfactory score on an EKG interpretation competency assessment, with EKG certification being preferred.
