Job description
The Mortgage Loan Officer will identify and attract potential residential mortgage clients, establish connections with real estate agents and financial advisors, and oversee the loan application journey. This role involves evaluating financial information, recommending suitable loan options, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage retail sales and fulfill all requirements set by the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act. Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.
