**Job Title:** Mortgage Application Processor
Oversee the complete mortgage application process, guaranteeing full compliance with regulatory standards and lending procedures. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to confirm documentation and address any issues that arise during the loan process. Applicants should have demonstrated experience in loan origination or mortgage processing in the financial services sector. A solid understanding of mortgage regulations, expertise in mortgage software such as Encompass, along with outstanding analytical and communication abilities, are essential.
