**Job Title: Insurance Agent**
Engage with clients to assess their needs and suggest customized insurance options, while also generating leads through networking and utilizing company resources. Provide education to clients about various policy choices, all the while fostering strong relationships and diligently following up to finalize sales. Successful candidates will have excellent communication abilities and a proactive, results-oriented attitude. A valid insurance license is necessary; however, the company offers support for those who need assistance in obtaining one.
