**Technical Sales Support Specialist**
The Technical Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering technical assistance regarding products, offering troubleshooting advice, and aiding in sizing inquiries for customers, sales personnel, and engineers. This position also involves the upkeep of technical documentation, providing training to internal staff, and collaborating with the engineering team on specialized projects. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in HVAC or electrical fields and be skilled in interpreting electrical circuit diagrams. A preferred qualification is an associate degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
