Job Summary
The Mortgage Solutions Advisor plays a crucial role in engaging with prequalified borrowers and previous customers to encourage new loan applications and referrals while addressing their inquiries. This position involves offering prompt updates during the loan process and working alongside Mortgage Specialists to explore various financing alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prequalified clients and past customers to promote new applications and gather referrals.
- Handle inquiries regarding loans and provide timely information regarding their status.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Specialists to evaluate and discuss financing options available to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain a state-specific mortgage license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally within a call center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in mortgage lending practices.
