Job Summary
The MS/Tele RN position located in Warrensville Heights, OH, offers a competitive hourly wage of $61.50, with shifts comprising three 12-hour night shifts. The role is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical telemetry, where the professional will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately in the medical records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- At least 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in staff MS/Tele roles.
- Current and valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA.
