Job Summary
The MS/Tele Registered Nurse position in Warrensville Hts, OH, offers an opportunity to work on the night shift, specifically three 12-hour shifts weekly. The role is crucial in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- At least 18 months of experience as a staff RN in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Possession of a permanent Ohio nursing license or a valid compact state license.
- Current certification in AHA BLS and ACLS.
