Job description
The Project Manager will lead field teams and oversee the successful implementation of construction projects, which involves managing financials, timelines, and safety standards. This role includes supervising team members, addressing client concerns, and fostering positive relationships with subcontractors to guarantee project profitability and high-quality results. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family construction and the capacity to handle several projects at once. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred, and candidates should be proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office applications.
