**Job Title: Multi-Unit Retail Manager**
Manage the daily operations of retail outlets across various locations, ensuring optimal efficiency, uniformity, and alignment with the organization’s objectives. Provide mentorship and support to teams while fostering collaboration across departments to promote innovative solutions and enhance operational performance. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in managing multiple units, including expertise in merchandising and financial responsibility for profits and losses. Willingness to relocate and the physical capability to travel and engage in diverse retail settings are essential.
