Job Summary
The Regional Portfolio Manager is accountable for the operational and financial success of a multifamily property portfolio. This role encompasses budgeting, improving revenue streams, and managing expenses effectively. The position also involves guiding and nurturing on-site teams while ensuring adherence to regulations and enhancing the overall resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio.
- Develop and manage budgets, focusing on revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Work on initiatives to enhance residents’ satisfaction and overall living experiences.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of at least 2,000 units.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in team management and leadership roles.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficient in multifamily accounting and property management software, particularly RealPage.
