**Job Title: Multisite HR Manager**
The Multisite HR Manager is responsible for managing HR functions across various locations, delivering strategic support and ensuring adherence to labor regulations and organizational policies. This position leads HR initiatives, oversees site-specific teams, and collaborates with leadership to enhance workforce strategies and boost employee engagement. Ideal candidates will possess 5-7 years of advancing HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, particularly in a unionized manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree is essential, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UKG is highly desirable.
