Job description
**Job Title: Technical Recruiter**
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy, conducting market analysis, and engaging passive candidates for technical positions in areas such as AI, machine learning, and software development. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles and deploy effective sourcing tools and AI-enhanced recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of direct technical sourcing experience, ideally in an AI or fast-paced startup setting. Proficiency in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem is essential, along with exceptional written communication skills to facilitate personalized outreach.
