Job Summary
The role involves conducting penetrant and magnetic particle testing to verify that products meet engineering guidelines and industry requirements. The individual will be responsible for accurately documenting inspection findings, ensuring the calibration of testing equipment, and delivering technical training to less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Carry out penetrant and magnetic particle inspections to validate product specifications.
- Document results from the inspection processes diligently.
- Maintain calibration of testing equipment to adhere to industry standards.
- Provide technical training and support to junior personnel in testing methods.
Qualifications
- Certified Level II in penetrant and magnetic particle testing, compliant with NAS410 standards.
- Must be classified as a U.S. person or have eligibility for export authorization.
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
