Job Summary
The Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Float in Hemet, California. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to over 500,000 individuals within the community. The position involves flexibility in responsibilities and locations to adequately meet the health care needs of our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across various locations as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.
- Strong background in medical practice with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse teams.
- Flexibility to float to different locations based on organizational needs.
