Job Summary
The Network Administrator plays a critical role in managing and supporting the organization’s network systems and related infrastructure. This position is based onsite in Florida, New York, and is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of network operations. The Administrator collaborates closely with IT personnel and actively engages in various cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard the organization’s digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with IT staff to address network-related issues and develop solutions.
- Participate in cybersecurity efforts to enhance the security of the network and protect sensitive information.
- Support the overall objectives of the IT department and contribute to collaborative projects.
Qualifications
- A degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in network administration or an equivalent demonstration of skills.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, systems, and cybersecurity practices.
