Job Summary
The Network and Computer Systems Administrator at JST will be responsible for providing vital support to the AOC Weapons operations. This role involves managing and enhancing all aspects of network and computer systems to ensure effective operations, maintenance, and engineering support. The Administrator will play a crucial part in troubleshooting and resolving various IT hardware and software infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the AOC Weapons operations by maintaining reliable network and computer systems.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Engage in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT infrastructure issues as they arise.
- Implement and perform maintenance tasks on both hardware and software components.
- Provide engineering support for network systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and computer system administration.
- Proven skills in resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Experience with engineering support and maintenance in IT systems.
