Job Summary
The Network Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing both LAN and WiFi systems for a client within the US Government sector. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to ensure optimal network performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain LAN and WiFi networks to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Address and resolve trouble tickets efficiently and effectively.
- Document solutions to common problems and improvements in network performance.
- Work in collaboration with Tier 3 engineering staff to tackle complex networking issues.
Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
- Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
