Job Summary
This role is focused on the design, security, and ongoing management of a multi-site network and cybersecurity framework. The position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including security operations, Microsoft 365 controls, endpoint management, and the segmentation of IT and OT environments. The candidate will lead various projects related to compliance, data governance, and SharePoint modernization while effectively communicating potential risks and operational changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a secure infrastructure for multi-site networks.
- Oversee security operations, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 controls and endpoint management strategies.
- Facilitate IT/OT segmentation to enhance security posture.
- Lead initiatives for compliance and data governance.
- Modernize SharePoint environments to meet evolving business needs.
- Communicate risks and changes to technical and operational teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in enterprise networking.
- At least five years of cybersecurity experience.
- Experience with multi-site infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network security and Microsoft 365 security principles.
- Adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred background in manufacturing or operational technology security.
