Job Summary
The Network Support Specialist is responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of both local and wide-area network systems across multiple wastewater treatment facilities. This role also includes overseeing the transition from Cisco networking equipment to Arista hardware and delivering continuous telecommunications and connectivity assistance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and sustain network infrastructure across various wastewater treatment facilities.
- Coordinate the migration process from Cisco to Arista hardware.
- Provide ongoing support for telecommunications and network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of four years of pertinent experience in network support, or eight years of satisfactory experience in IT infrastructure management.
