Job Summary
The Senior BMS Director is responsible for overseeing the design, integration, and dependability of building management and automation systems across data center operations. This key position entails providing technical guidance to ensure the integrity of critical infrastructure while managing controls engineering staff and collaborating with various functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration efforts of building management systems.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of automation systems across data center facilities.
- Provide technical oversight, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor controls engineering personnel.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in building automation or controls engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Automated Logic WebCTRL.
- Extensive knowledge of mission-critical mechanical and electrical systems.
